Is the System Broken?

So very very broken. Two important changes need to happen in the voting system to make it even barely just: 1. Smash the gerrymandering, 2. make vote-tampering a felony.

Note, the Republicans are up to their ears in guilt over these crimes. Anyone who has been paying attention knows this. Ever since they took over in 1994 they have used gerrymandering and vote tampering to an obvious and disgusting extreme.

Unless we redraw congressional districts to make voting fair, and unless we arrest the practitioners of Robocalling and other grand schemes (e.g. prosecute under RICO), we are no better than a Banana Republic.
