First, the anti-Jewish attacks all over the world brought us back to the 1930s.

Then, Mel Gibson's movie brought us back to 1950s (before Vatican II).

Now, Bush Jr. is taking us back to the 1960s and 70s by recapitulating Vietnam.

One of these days we'll be back in the present.
